PT-Connect is Perimeter’s Invisible Fence® brand compatible collar. The PT-Connect collar works with compatible Invisible Fence® brand systems. Use it to replace a lost or broken collar. You can also add a collar for a new dog. Keep the fence you have and choose this collar from Perimeter Technologies.
The collar detects your compatible system in the field. As a result, you do not need to know the model of your fence transmitter. You do not need to pick a system setting by hand, either. Instead, the collar handles that step for you.

PT-Connect collar features
The waterproof receiver comes with a nylon strap that you can adjust for fit. It also uses a 6-volt battery that you can replace. Use the programmer in the box to change the correction level. For help with each step, follow the guide that comes with your collar.

Before you buy your PT-Connect collar
Do I need a fence already?
Yes. You need an existing compatible fence system. This kit does not come with a transmitter or boundary wire. Instead, it adds a collar to the system you have. If you need a whole new fence, ask our team for help first.
Which battery model will I get?
This page offers the replaceable-battery collar and programmer kit. The photos also show a rechargeable model so you can compare the two. However, that model is a separate choice. With this kit, you replace the receiver battery when it runs out.
What should I do before use?
First, read the guide in the box. Next, follow its steps to set up the collar and test the fence boundary. Then check the strap and contact fit. Finally, follow the training steps before you let your dog use the system.

Will PT-Connect work with my Invisible Fence® system?
If your Invisible Fence® brand system uses a buried boundary wire, yes. PT-Connect works with Invisible Fence® brand wired systems, including Boundary Plus®, 700 Series transmitters (ICT-700, ICT-725, ICT-750, ICT-775) and 800 Series transmitters (ICT-801, ICT-802).
Do I need to know my transmitter model?
No. Auto-Detect Technology identifies your compatible system in the field, so there is no transmitter model to look up and no setting to choose by hand.
Does it work with Boundary Plus®?
Yes, as a standard containment collar. It does not provide the Boundary Plus® feature that lets your dog use the yard right up to the boundary line.
Does it work with the Invisible Fence® GPS fence or indoor shields?
No. PT-Connect works with the outdoor wired boundary only. It does not work with the Invisible Fence® brand GPS fence or indoor shields.
Can I use it to add another dog?
Yes. PT-Connect can replace a lost or damaged collar, or add a collar for another dog on the fence you already have.
What’s in the box?
The replaceable-battery PT-Connect kit includes the waterproof collar receiver, the programmer and batteries. It is a collar kit for an existing compatible system, not a complete fence.
