We ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping options and cost
Ground shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.

Expedited services are not included in the free shipping offer. Delivery estimates are carrier estimates and begin the day the order ships, not the day it is placed.
Expedited orders must be placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time to ship the same business day. Expedited orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern, or on a weekend or federal holiday, ship the next business day.
Processing time
All orders ship the next business day, and expedited orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern ship the same business day. Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, so orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship the next business day after that.
Orders ship from our fulfilment centre in Auburn, Indiana.
Federal holidays
No shipping or delivery on New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax law.

Changing or cancelling an order
Because orders ship the next business day, there is a short window to make changes. Contact us as soon as possible — the same day you ordered, if you can — at 1-866-900-2007 or [email protected]. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be changed, and it would need to be handled as a return.
