Email Metadata: Such as sender, recipient, subject lines and timestamps, to facilitate email management in the CRM.
Email Content: Accessed only to display email details within the CRM, as required for functionality.

How we use this data

The data collected us is used solely to:

Enable Gmail integration and account configuration within the CRM system.

Facilitate email synchronisation and management directly in the CRM.

Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement the following measures:

Encryption: Data transmitted between Gmail, the CRM system and Fencrm Gmail Reading app is encrypted using secure protocols.
Access Control: Only authorised personnel can access the app’s data and functionality.
Real-Time Processing: Gmail data is processed in real-time and not stored on our servers.

Use of OAuth Information

OAuth is a secure authorization protocol that allows third-party applications to access resources without sharing login credentials. Fencrm Email Reading app uses OAuth to connect with certain email providers to mandate or prefer its use, such as Google.

When using OAuth to authorize access to your email, all data is strictly exchanged over an encrypted connection between the email client application and OAuth service. Perimeter Technologies, Inc. does not collect, access, retain, or store any sensitive information exchanged during the OAuth process.

On your device or within the CRM system:

Login Credentials: Your credentials are not stored, they are exchanged for OAuth tokens during the authentication process.
OAuth Tokens and Email Data: These tokens, along with your email data, are securely stored in the CRM system, isolated from unauthorized access.

Your Gmail data is used solely to provide the functionality required within the CRM system and remains securely within the system for the duration necessary. When an email account is removed from the CRM portal:

— All associated OAuth tokens and Gmail data are deleted from the system.

— Any retained tokens will be securely removed to prevent future access.

This approach ensures that your email data and account security are safeguarded, aligning with industry best practices and Google’s security requirements.

Revoke Access: You can revoke Fencrm Email Reading App access to your Gmail account at any time via the Google Account Permissions Page.
