Mobile App Users
We collect precise or approximate location data from mobile user devices if they enable us to do so, these users are the ones that serve the end customer service request(s) by visiting the customer’s location. We may receive, collect & analyze the location data, which may be accessed by methods including GPS, cell tower location & user’s precise location based on GPS data. Location data is collected once the user using the app who is responsible to serve the customer starts driving/riding towards the customer’s location or clocking into the application till the user using the app departs from the customer’s location or clocks out from the app, this includes instances when the app is also running in the background. We may collect the information for validating the servicing user location and to increase the chances of higher customer satisfaction.
We use this data to improve the Service / Delivery locations, enabling the back office staff to determine the user current location and an estimated time to arrive at the customer’s location. The location data collected from users also helps to determine & plan any other service request(s) received from customers in nearby areas. The user has a choice to prevent the device from sharing location information through the device’s system settings, however this may impact Pet Stop’s ability to provide their end customers full range of support related features and timely arrival.
We also are collecting user cell number and sending SMS/Text with 2 Factor Authorization (OTP) for user to login
